Just typical BMW dealer stuff. I needed 3 lug bolts replaced and it cost me $250. Simple absurdity. I would’ve done it myself but the ones to replace were wheel lock bolts and I lo I needed 3 lug bolts replaced and it cost me $250. Simple absurdity. I would’ve done it myself but the ones to replace were wheel lock bolts and I lost the key. More

Wonderful service as usual! I started with Michelle and asked Bryanna to step in assist when she was unable to assist at that time. Always great service and communication. However, there was an issue with the way in which they left the top cover of my engine, which was loose and there was white stuff all over the cover However, there was an issue with the way in which they left the top cover of my engine, which was loose and there was white stuff all over the cover and other parts under the hood of the vehicle. Since the tech wasn't available, Michelle came to the rescue and secured my engine cover and cleaned off the the stuff under the hood. Thanks! More
