I had 7 different services completed, the turn around was less than three days before I had my car back and it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! My service representative, Josh Solivan, went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for my needs truly stood out. To top it all off, the service center manager, Justin Feuer, stepped in with his expertise and kindness to ensure everything was handled perfectly. His leadership and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. South Shore Subaru sets the gold standard for service. I will never go anywhere else to have my Subaru serviced. This team delivers an unmatched level of care, professionalism, and expertise. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone! More

Brandon was AWESOME he really took the time to help me with my 3rd Subaru turn in and new lease with my 2025 Subaru Forester. he made it all work for me with me being Disabled and being a Veteran. THIRD SUBARU I have owned, but first time with South Shore Subaru. I wish I would driven the 4 hours and stayed with Capitaland dealer because South Shore Subaru’s sales person was either completely Shore Subaru. I wish I would driven the 4 hours and stayed with Capitaland dealer because South Shore Subaru’s sales person was either completely misinformed or flat out lied to me about brand new 2022 WRX Premium (manual transmission) she said it had a FULL size tire and it actually has NO TIRE just useless foam pump that did NOT WORK and ruined my tire, when I asked (because I also have a BRZ) she also said WRX took regular gas, but actually it takes high octane like my BRZ (thankfully attendant told be before I ruined it, she also told me it had lane assist, blinker on mirror like my trade in Crosstrek Limited had for changing lanes and I just had to turn it on in settings, WRONG again. I went back within days and explained everything and told them I would happily pay the extra money to get the Limited, NOPE! They don’t care they gave all wrong information STUCK WITH IT! Once they sell you a car they want ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with you. When I recently went back I was told she now works at Hassett, buyers beware. More
