THIRD SUBARU I have owned, but first time with South Shore Subaru. I wish I would driven the 4 hours and stayed with Capitaland dealer because South Shore Subaru’s sales person was either completely Shore Subaru. I wish I would driven the 4 hours and stayed with Capitaland dealer because South Shore Subaru’s sales person was either completely misinformed or flat out lied to me about brand new 2022 WRX Premium (manual transmission) she said it had a FULL size tire and it actually has NO TIRE just useless foam pump that did NOT WORK and ruined my tire, when I asked (because I also have a BRZ) she also said WRX took regular gas, but actually it takes high octane like my BRZ (thankfully attendant told be before I ruined it, she also told me it had lane assist, blinker on mirror like my trade in Crosstrek Limited had for changing lanes and I just had to turn it on in settings, WRONG again. I went back within days and explained everything and told them I would happily pay the extra money to get the Limited, NOPE! They don’t care they gave all wrong information STUCK WITH IT! Once they sell you a car they want ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with you. When I recently went back I was told she now works at Hassett, buyers beware. More

When I entered your building on a Wednesday evening, I was greeted by the receptionist who was extremely pleasant and asked how she could assist me. Shortly thereafter, Jeff Kinoo came and introduced himself to me. From then on, he totally explained the different options of leasing/buying and about the different cars. He was thoroughly knowledgeable in all the different areas. I made an appointment to return the following day with my trade-in vehicle. Again Jeff answered all of my questions about the car, financing, et cetera. For a salesman who had told me he had only worked for you for your dealership for about three months, I was very impressed with all he knew and the great manner that he conveyed it to me. I was rather hesitant that I would be able to understand all of the "technical" features in new cars, but again thanks to the tutorial from Jeff I learned all about them. He even set up my cell phone in the car for me. Again, to date I am totally satisfied with your dealership and would highly recommend this salesman and your dealership to anyone interested. More
