Before this I had always bought another make, and I was actually considering a vehicle at another dealership that I had looked at and driven. I have always found the experience of purchasing a vehicle rather stressful since it is such a big investment of money, but Mike was very patient and understanding while I researched the two vehicles and agonized over my final choice of which to buy.
