The staff, at least 2 sales people, the finance manager and at least 2 other senior managers worked over several days to resolve the issues and in the end provide the vehicle at the original agreed terms. They could have given up but they did not and the end result was a win win. More

Great Experience on New Year's Day I had a great experience buying my 2018 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate at Colonial Hyundai on 1/1/19. Mike Wilkinson took the time to show me all of the n I had a great experience buying my 2018 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate at Colonial Hyundai on 1/1/19. Mike Wilkinson took the time to show me all of the new technology in my car and could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Colonial had the vehicle on the lot that I wanted, honored their TrueCar internet offer (which was extremely reasonable), and gave me a fair price on my trade in. Their destination/delivery fee was even $300+ lower than I read it would be during my research. Whats not to like? The vehicle had a minor cosmetic issue from the factory that has now escalated into the need to replace the entire center console after 2 return trips to the service department. I'm frustrated, but Colonial didn't cause the original problem and is doing the repair work at their expense. I am hopeful that this will be resolved soon. I would absolutely return here for my next Hyundai and highly recommend Mike Wilkinson. More
