Best Experience in buying a new subaru My visit to World Subaru was to look at their inventory which was hugh and obtain the best price for a new Outback. I was also looking to find someon My visit to World Subaru was to look at their inventory which was hugh and obtain the best price for a new Outback. I was also looking to find someone who I felt comfortable with and was also knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. I found that person and dealer. Michael Marquand was excellent to work with. I spent about two hours at this dealer and was able to complete a purchase and drive home in a new vehicle. That to me was a miracle. More

Typical greedy car dealer I went in to trade in my 2011 Outback. The car was worth $10,200 in Kelly Blue Book. The dealer offered me only $7,000. Also I saw another identical c I went in to trade in my 2011 Outback. The car was worth $10,200 in Kelly Blue Book. The dealer offered me only $7,000. Also I saw another identical car in Old Bridge with 8,000 more miles which was asking $2,000 less, I should have gone to All American in Old Bridge. This dealer eventually came up to $8,500 when I started to leave. I think there was even an added charge of $387 on my bill which wasn't discussed for some type of security thing but I need to double check that when to see if it was added in. Title fee was $449 which I believe is also high. Of course they tried to sell me an extended warranty. I wont be going back to this dealer for my next car. I will say the staff (Tim and Nicole) were nice and helpful and the car was in good shape but then it only had 6700 miles on it. I freely admit I'm not the typical car buyer who just worries if I can afford the payments. I like to do my research for this deal the car was about $1000 under Kelly Blue Book so I would have expected and equal drop in value on my trade in and would feel that the $10,220 could be dropped to $9,200 but not $7,000. Like I said this is a typical car dealer, far from a no haggle buying experience More

Helpful, Kind, & Knowledgeable I recently purchased my second subaru with Dennis as my guide. He is down to earth and honest as well as patient. He showed me several different models I was interested in and always reminded me to go with what I was happy with! Dennis is the best. Next I took care of all finances with Mike who was quick and efficient. Lastly, the Delivery Specialist, Daniella stayed late to go over all of the new features of my car and to help me set up my phone to blue tooth. She was incredible! More
