I actually had fun buying a car! I HATE buying cars. Being an educated consumer, it becomes a waste of time dealing with salespeople who don't listen to your budget or requests. However, the staff at World Subaru changed that for me. I anticipate buying/leasing all of me cars from now on from World. Each person I dealt with was knowledgeable, listened and overall pleasant people. They genuinely believe in their product, allowing their cars to sell themselves. Travis was awesome! He kept saying he was going to do the work for me, and get me in a car I'd love and he absolutely did. He guided me through my options, made appropriate suggestions for what I was looking for and never made me feel pressured. My outback sold itself to me, but I will admit... 25% of my purchase was being of the overall positive experience I had with the staff. I highly suggest this dealership and feel confident at the end of my lease I will be purchasing from them again. Despite it being late at night, Nicole sat with me and went over all the features of my car and came from genuine enthusiasm for everything the car had to offer. My husband has already said he may be changing his mind (a loyal Honda owner) and joining me in the Subaru family :) More

Roy was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, was able to answer all of our questions and was also knowledgeable about the differences between leasing vs. ownership which is what we ultimately decided to do. Mike in finance made sure to explain our lease thoroughly and Nicole in delivery went over the bells & whistles even in the pouring rain. I am 65, have bought numerous cars through the years and l can honestly say that this was THE MOST pleasant car buying/leasing experience l have ever had. The only negative is that it has taken me close to 50 years to find such an awesome dealership!! More

I have used the same sales consultant, Girsh Berman, for all the cars I've purchased, and he feels like family now. Always kind, considerate, and totally professional and helpful. Also on the top of my list is Nicole Sciamarelli, Delivery Coordinator, who is AMAZING at explaining all the new features and electronics. She's the best! With this car, and my last one, I went back to her more than once with questions, and she was wonderful at explaining things. We had a lot of laughs in the bargain, which doesn't hurt either. 10 thumbs up for World! :) More
