I was free to test drive a Forester and a Crosstrek at my convenience while making my decision. He took time to search for the vehicle that met all my needs, including the color, and had any extra items added at the dealership. My car was delivered when promised with all paperwork completed. Nicole Sciamarelli, Delivery Coordinator, clearly explained the systems and settings I needed to know to operate the car on the day of purchase, answering additional questions about safety features and electronics since my previous older car did not have these items, and I had previously driven only briefly in vehicles with them. The Delivery Staff is available whenever additional questions arise. My experience with World Subaru has been positive. Rich and Nicole deserve special thanks. More

He found me the perfect car in the matter of minutes! Mike Wernock was the finance guy who helped me out. He did not pressure me into purchasing anything more than I said that I wanted or needed. Tara, my delivery specialist, answered every single question I had about my car and more. She made me feel super comfortable driving off the lot. Convinced that the Crosstrek would be the best for my needs but not comfortable with the price, I asked Travis about used vehicles. He helped me locate a very low mileage 2016 in excellent condition and I couldn't be happier. I test drove it on a Friday and came back to Travis to buy it the next Monday. At all times I got courteous and informative answers to my concerns. When questions came up in the paperwork the whole sales/ management team promptly addressed issues and the whole process only took a couple hours. Nicole Sciamarelli , as delivery coordinator, explained the features of the dashboard, etc. and was very good at making me feel confident and "in control" driving off the lot. More
