We were fortunate to walk-in and get Tim Stewart as our Salesperson. Even behind a mask, he was friendly, professional and attentive as we explained what we were interested in: The CrossTrek. Tim showed us a brand new, loaded 2020. It just happened to be parked outside, and we eagerly leap behind the wheel to take it for a test drive. Now we know why everyone loves a Subaru. There was no hard-sell. No games. And no fuss. We did not have the budget for the Premium version, but Tim had something else in mind that was more in-tune with our needs, and our checkbook. We choose a certified 2019 fleet vehicle that was owned by the dealership with low-mileage and in near pristine condition. We agreed on a price and the paperwork was started on a Thursday afternoon and after the requisite amount of signatures, we picked up the car on Friday. Tim was excellent to deal with and he introduced us to the delivery specialist, Nicole Sciamarelli. Nicole was just as personal and professional as Tim, and took us through all the technical and digital specifics attributed to the Crosstrek. We are computer literate but Nicole explained the set-up and operation details very thoroughly, and we were out the door. *In fact, we had a small issue the very next day, and Nicole was able to solve our problem and answer our questions over the phone. We highly recommend the good people at World Subaru, and would definitely go back to Tim and Nicole in the future. More

I came in on Saturday, 6/27/90 to look at the 13 Buick Encore. I decided to switch to the 15 Ford Escape. I came into the dealership, and asked for Mike the Sales Mgr. I was greeted by Travis Foster. He was very friendly, easy going, knowledgeable and made my car shopping and ultimately buying a as pleasant experience as possible. He helped me through the entire process. I also had a good experience with the Finance Mgr. I would definitely recommend the dealership to people who inquire as to where to go to shop for cars. More

Nicole Sciamarelli walked us through the electronics, spent as much time as we needed, and made that process seamless. Emblematic of the staff at World I guess. Yes we got a car during the pandemic but they made the experience the easiest we’ve ever had...and we lease two cars every three years. Glen Subaru.
