He is a seasoned and knowledgeable salesman who actually actively listened to our requirements. We got a great trade in value and a very competitive price on our new Subaru 2021 forester. All this was done in 2 hours and to me that alone is amazing because at other dealers it takes 4-5 hours. Lastly, we are amazed by all the new features and ride of the 2021 Forester. While any one would want to get a big big discount in terms of price. My wife and Thought the price was good. The sales agent Travis was very informative in regards to the type of vehicle we were inte terms of price. My wife and Thought the price was good. He was very informative as to the safety features and overall mechanical abilities of the Forrester. Nicole was also very informative in regards to the operation of the vehicle. She was patient and explained many of the great operarating features. She made us quite comfortable. There were two somewhat minor issues that I would still mention and that is the mileage was off by a thousand miles and the carfax revealed two owners instead of one.
