I purchased a 2018 RAM 2500 from Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine, TX on November 7, 2024, with 105,192 miles. At the dealership, I was forced to sign a document claiming the truck was inspected and in good condition, and salespeople assured me everything was “fully operational.” That was completely false. Shortly after driving home, multiple warning lights and sensors activated, including a defective ABS system, and none of these issues were ever addressed. Now, with only 108,866 miles, a mechanic has confirmed the transmission must be replaced, costing over $10,000. The mechanic even stated that the powertrain warranty sold by Grubbs is the worst he has ever seen, covering only $3,000, nowhere near the cost of the repair. This is in addition to the unresolved warning lights and sensor problems. I’ve also invested in modifications and other expenses for the truck that I may never recover. I have made repeated attempts to contact the sales reps and service department, but they have ignored my calls, refused accountability, and essentially ghosted me after the sale. Grubbs Infiniti embodies everything a buyer should avoid: misrepresentation, ignored defects, pushy sales tactics, worthless warranties, and terrible customer service. They are more than willing to take your money, but the moment you uncover the truth, they vanish. Avoid Grubbs Infiniti at all costs.
