I have been coming to Dover Honda since the early 2000’s for the purchase and service of my Hondas. I have always been treated fairly and my Hondas are kept in great operating condition. The service advisor that I spoke with let me know what the problem was and they fixed it. It was still under warranty so it didn’t cost anything which is this best part. I can never just walk in there and know what’s happening with my car in spite of having a message saying it is done. Go to this counter then go to the other one and three people sitting there but no greetin with my car in spite of having a message saying it is done.
