I appreciate the text I receive in the waiting room as a way of communicating if I have any questions and for updates. I also feel the prices are generally in the ballpark of other competitors. More

The dealership is fine, the service department is making me question whether I should keep coming. The technicians are efficient, polite, and everything seems fine, but the last two times I’ve had problems me question whether I should keep coming. The technicians are efficient, polite, and everything seems fine, but the last two times I’ve had problems with my left front tire being low and the light coming on. When I came in the first time, they didn’t find anything, and when I came in this time because I had a flat on the right tire, it feels to me like they did a more thorough job checking the left side and found a slow leak in that tire. They also reset the tire pressure light. After they finished, I went down the street to run an errand, parked and a new sensor light went on. When I came out of that store and turned the car on there were multiple lights on, all of them said to have the dealer check them so I drove back. They were busy, which I understand entirely. But the person who I spoke to about the car got in, pulled it forward, backed it up, made a loop around the parking lot, and parked it. They came back in and said if I wanted them to look at it, it would be about an hour and a half wait. To me that is not appropriate. I left there with the understanding that everything was fixed. I understand there are other people getting their cars worked on, but that was not an issue when I drove in so it should not be an issue when I drive out. I don’t know what lights he saw or didn’t see so I don’t know if I seemed like I was exaggerating but at that point I wasn’t feeling like my concerns were being taken seriously so I confirmed that the lights were not dangerous, and declined to stay. I took pictures as it continued to happen on my way home (in case there was an issue) of all the lights and also the messed up readings that I was getting showing the mileage was 80 something miles per gallon and changing all the time, showing odd things I’d never seen before like the speed limit as a blank outlined box with a line through it, etc. The icing on the cake, for me, was a couple days later when I ran out of washer fluid. I’ve never had a time I took a car in for service and didn’t have fluids topped off. Luckily I had washer fluid in the back. I honestly don’t know what I’ll do the next time. I lived near commonwealth motors for the majority of time I owned my last Honda and never had a single issue. I still work near there, so unless it’s a time like this one when I’m home in NH, I’m likely to choose that service department first. I also have a friend with a shop in Concord so unless it’s a recall or a tire issue I’m likely to drive all the way up there just so I know everything is good when I leave. More

Michael is very polite and seems very interested in satisfying the customer. When I first stopped in for an oil change there were a number of cars before me. He suggested a better time later in the d satisfying the customer. When I first stopped in for an oil change there were a number of cars before me. He suggested a better time later in the day. When I returned , as he suggested, I had no wait to be serviced. I really appreciated this. This is not the first time he has given me an excellent service response.
