I saw an ad on fb and was quickly contacted by the internet department, who lined me up with Will. Will was patient, outgoing, and a fair negotiator. We talked about trade-in and pricing over the phone, then he sent me a proposal that didnt change when I arrived, no hidden surprises. The truck I had picked out was ready, they inspected my trade, and we breezed through the paperwork with Scott. It was one of my best dealer purchase experiences. Whole sales experience was the best, everyone was friendly and courteous. I initially contacted through the internet and follow up was timely and informative. Set up a time to meet and was greeted with a friendly hi and huge smile from Pete A. Inquired what we were looking for and took the time to see what our needs were and if w had an initial questions. One we selected a model, he being extremely knowledgeable discussed the model features fully. Quite impressive his knowledge of the products. Didn't make the deal that day but left thinking we would try elsewhere. Visited 2 other dealerships and frankly they were terrible. Sales people were clueless of model feature, we knew more than they did! Honestly unbelievable, even the manger(s) in Tampa did not know the the Voyagers were even being made! Anyway, we called Pete back, took up where we left off with, agreed to a deal a took delivery the next day! Car buying is usually such a hassle, it's normally a dreaded event. Of all the new cars I have bought over the years, I must admit dealing with Pete and Ferman has probably the best care experience ever! Keep up the good works guys! May be looking for another one soon :-) More
