From the initial conversation all the way to purchasing the vehicle, Austin & the team was very helpful. Went there to get horn fixed, inspection, and oil change. Had an appointment. 12/11/2024 5 hours, and $263.59 I was told it was fixed and ready to go. Horn did work when I left. This is not my daily driver. 12/21/2024 drove it to Longview and noticed the horn no longer worked. Contacted Faye Hinds my "service relation manager" when I got home via email. She responded on 12/23/2024 stating she had given my information to her manager. Here it is 12/30/2024 and I have not heard back from her "manager" I gave this group a 1 star because I could not give a lower rating. If you want a good over priced screwing this is the place for you. If you want good honest service I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Sincerely Charles Caldwell Gilmer Texas. More

Brycen was a new customer sales rep. . With this said, he was extremely open, honest and responsive during our sale of a used (like new) pickup. The entire sales process was pretty smooth . With this said, he was extremely open, honest and responsive during our sale of a used (like new) pickup. The entire sales process was pretty smooth with only a minor hiccup regarding the loan aspect. This was not the fault of the dealership but on the lending institution itself. Everyone at this dealership was very kind, focused and customer centered. Thanks Brycen and everyone else at Bill Dickason (including Ben) for a great experience! More
