Mike Perry is a bully. He does not honor their warranty. He will not fix problems with the used vehicle we just purchased. He must not want future sales with return customers. More

The worst experience at a dealership in my life. I just purchased a new vehicle at Lundren Honda of Greenfield. I called to purchase some accessories for our new vehicle. I mentioned that our sales I just purchased a new vehicle at Lundren Honda of Greenfield. I called to purchase some accessories for our new vehicle. I mentioned that our sales person said we MAY be able to get discount. He said no discount and I said we just spent 40K on new vehicle and no discount?? He stated that I spent 40K on new car and our sales person pushed us off on him for a discount on $300 of parts then he HUNG up on me! So this guy not only thru the dealership under the rug but also our sales person. What kind of person does that to a customer??? SO Disrespectful Tried contacting manager, no response. Next I’ll go up the chain of command until this is resolved! I just wanted to thank Peter for the worst experience that my wife and I have ever had! More

We just purchased a 2022 Honda Accord for Precision driving school, and Marty was our sales person. As always, the entire process was top-notch and very easy from beginning until We drove off a lot. Honestly I'm not 100% sure on the dealership I am still learning about the complete dealership itself. First I would like to let you know that I do know James Carr, I know him as Jim or Jimmy, personally learning about the complete dealership itself. First I would like to let you know that I do know James Carr, I know him as Jim or Jimmy, personally for a year or two longer than he has worked at the dealership. I have gone and seen him once after he became a sales representative at your dealership when I was trying to get another vehicle. He tried every way he could think of to get me into another vehicle that was within my budget range but due to my low credit score unfortunately I was not able to get another vehicle. But it was by far nothing that Jimmy had done to have caused that. He went above and beyond any other sales representative I have ever met in the 30 years that I have been driving to try to get me into another vehicle. It was just my low credit score and my budget that I had to stay within that made it not possible. So when my mother was looking to get another vehicle I knew exactly where she should start her search at and who she should talk with. I had no doubt in my mind whatsoever that James Carr would be the best choice to help my mom find the vehicle she wanted . He always put what others are looking for first. Like what kind of vehicle they are looking for, the budget they want or need to stay within, what they want in their vehicle. He doesn't try to push any vehicles that the customer has told them they don't like or want. He doesn't try to get customers into vehicles that are beyond their needs or their price range. He's one of the most honest, decent and respectful salesman I have ever met . And I've come across quite a few in multiple states before always looking to get ahead and never listening to the customer. Always looking more about what they're going to get out of it or their Commission and not worry about the customer. Jimmy listens to the customer and to every detail they are looking for and goes above and beyond any sales representative I've ever met before. Honestly I wish there was more sales representatives like Jimmy. More
