We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience. It’s never our intention for any customer to feel misled or frustrated, and we regret that your visit ended in disappointment. We understand how frustrating it must have been to drive a long distance, especially after being in contact throughou t the day, only to find the vehicle no longer available. While our pre-owned inventory moves quickly, we recognize that we could have communicated more clearly about the vehicle’s status. To clarify, our policy is that all vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposits are typically not accepted on pre-owned vehicles unless a deal is fully finalized. From our understanding, negotiations were expected to take place in person upon your arrival, which may have contributed to the misunderstanding.
