He did offer to contact the sales manager when we expressed concern over the price of some services. We did decline his offer. We were concerned however because none of the personnel wore personal protective equipment, I.e. masks or gloves. Is this not required when dealing with the general public? The staff who approached our car outside came right up to the car window without a mask. We wore masks but that only protects them, not us. We did note the six foot spacers on the floor and the plastic shields at the desk. This was appreciated but, in our view, not adequate. More

Continued Best Service I visited Honda on Monday to have my car serviced. Michael was pleasant, answered all my questions and concerns and even told me about the new virus protection product that was being offered. His knowledge, concern and personalized treatment provided the feeling of true customer service. After having my car serviced, I took advantage of having my car sprayed with the new virus and germ treatment and followed up on Tuesday to have our second car treated where I was assisted by another Michael - Michael M. Both days great experience. Also, while waiting, I was able to work in the immaculate waiting area with the appropriate social distancing; very appreciative. More
