I wanted more safety features despite having a perfectly great 2006 RX350. Went in for knowledge to begin my search and came out as a new Lexus NX owner. Felt respected and appreciated. Hard to give up a decent deal. Everyone I spoke with on Saturday was friendly and kind, esp., Rob. Glad it worked out for both of us.
