It starts from when you enter the building how you’re treated and the follow up it also matters who the dealership is associated with For outside vendors. In this case windshield replacement. They use the same vendor with the same quality for a long time. My model Lexus is not made anymore. F models are rare, Trust is Paramount. In my eyes, I am a loyal customer. Five stars five diamonds, no matter what I would give these guys a chance to earn your business they have mine. More
