I'm 71 years old and have owned many cars over 55 years. Biggers Mitsubishi is the best car dealership I've ever experienced, both in the sales department and in the service department. Nobody is paying me Biggers Mitsubishi is the best car dealership I've ever experienced, both in the sales department and in the service department. Nobody is paying me to say this. I'm not sponsored. I've been treated well and fairly during every visit. I'm confident my Mirage is in honest hands. In the 27 point inspection that comes automatically with my oil and oil filter change, the Biggers tech caught two front wheel damage issues of which I was unaware and repaired everything free of charge under warranty. I had no idea the wheel problem existed but Biggers was honest to identify it, to inform me and then to repair it all under warranty. And the repairs were done very quickly on the same day as the oil change. I'm grateful for a service department that owns up to my car's warranty even when I wasn't the one who initiated the request. I'm impressed and intend to have all maintenance and service done at Biggers in the future. More
