Of al He is such a pleasure to work with and is professional and conscientious. I have been a loyal customer of Acura/Honda for the past 40 years. Of all the dealerships I’ve visited and have done business with, none of them compare to Acura of Pembroke Pines. Their attention to detail, customer service, and genuine kindness separates from all of the other dealerships I have visited. I look forward to many more years with them. More

The sales manager Sam was extremely dishonest. My car was delivered to me and the lease contract was incorrect. At first I thought this was an honest mistake, but when the sales associate Michael My car was delivered to me and the lease contract was incorrect. At first I thought this was an honest mistake, but when the sales associate Michael (who confirmed the paperwork was incorrect) called Sam, not only did Sam deny it he tried to take advantage of me and get me to pay more money. Sam also kept interrupting and spoke over me and would not allow me to speak. He even hung up on me for no reason whatsoever and never apologized. I would never work with him again. I’ve been an Acura customer since 2011 and never had anyone treated me so poorly. More
