When I say this has been the best experience, I mean just that! When my daughter's truck was totaled, we went back to the same dealership and had not the best experience, what a difference 2 years made! So s that! When my daughter's truck was totaled, we went back to the same dealership and had not the best experience, what a difference 2 years made! So she decided to look at different vehicles and different dealerships. We literally ran the gamut in a three-hour circle from our home checking out different vehicles and dealerships. Walt Massey was the ONLY one that gave us a number for the vehicle out the door, and STUCK with that number, who were willing to sit down and discuss finance options after we had reached that out-the-door number, who found extra cash discounts, for us thru Ford (WITHOUT changing that out the door price), and who treated us like buyers, not illiterate women. It was refreshing to have a female sales person, to get treated like adults, and to walk away with the truck my daughter wanted, equipped the way SHE wanted, at a price below msrp and that made everyone happy! The experience left us wanting to share about this dealership (and we've sent 4 people that way already!)! We can't recommend Walt Massey enough! More

We were told that our vehicle would be ready to pick up on a certain day and James knew we lived further away. Wasn’t ready, wasn’t ready the second time we went to pick it up. Get home and the horn doesn’ on a certain day and James knew we lived further away. Wasn’t ready, wasn’t ready the second time we went to pick it up. Get home and the horn doesn’t work so I already had to put money in a vehicle I just bought. Then to top it off, it took a month to finalize the deal and get it funded after I already had the vehicle in my possession and the dealership had my trade in. Finance company was calling me about payment on the trade in when it had been traded in over a month. Not happy with the service, can’t get people on the phone to talk to, will not recommend. More
