When I say this has been the best experience, I mean just that! When my daughter's truck was totaled, we went back to the same dealership and had not the best experience, what a difference 2 years made! So s that! So she decided to look at different vehicles and different dealerships. We literally ran the gamut in a three-hour circle from our home checking out different vehicles and dealerships. Walt Massey was the ONLY one that gave us a number for the vehicle out the door, and STUCK with that number, who were willing to sit down and discuss finance options after we had reached that out-the-door number, who found extra cash discounts, for us thru Ford (WITHOUT changing that out the door price), and who treated us like buyers, not illiterate women. It was refreshing to have a female sales person, to get treated like adults, and to walk away with the truck my daughter wanted, equipped the way SHE wanted, at a price below msrp and that made everyone happy! The experience left us wanting to share about this dealership (and we've sent 4 people that way already!)! We can't recommend Walt Massey enough! More
