We were told that our vehicle would be ready to pick up on a certain day and James knew we lived further away. Wasn’t ready, wasn’t ready the second time we went to pick it up. Get home and the horn doesn’ on a certain day and James knew we lived further away. Wasn’t ready, wasn’t ready the second time we went to pick it up. Get home and the horn doesn’t work so I already had to put money in a vehicle I just bought. Then to top it off, it took a month to finalize the deal and get it funded after I already had the vehicle in my possession and the dealership had my trade in. Finance company was calling me about payment on the trade in when it had been traded in over a month. Not happy with the service, can’t get people on the phone to talk to, will not recommend. More
