Mustapha was not only courteous and professional, but took his time to he could find me the right vehicle for my family during a hard time. I had recently lost my last vehicle due to a hydroplane inciden took his time to he could find me the right vehicle for my family during a hard time. Since 9 am till 7 pm (His shift ended 3:30), Mustapha managed to text me while at work to find me a car within my range, and also the best quality package of protection. By 12:30pm, he found me the car I loved. Never in a million years I would have thought of driving a Mitsubishi or anything not Chevy, but I digress. As an Industrial Systems Engineer and humanitarian, we strive for perfection of quality of life for a business, and nothing creates value in customers more than making everyone feel like family. Mustapha stayed after work to make sure my deal went thru, ensure my vehicle will get full inspection for pickup tomorrow, and even willing to come in tomorrow to meet me after I get off of work to make sure I leave with a reliable certified vehicle that ensures the safety of my family. For that alone, I don’t feel comfortable buying any vehicle from anyone else if it isn’t from one of your dealerships no matter the brand. Your Sales manager worked with my credit and allowed me to use my down payment the right way, no games, no gimmicks, no upsales, just straight business, but with such compassion as if we were family. Joe in finance gave me your best package plan to fit my loan to ensure I had the best protection B2B, kindly explained to me the warranty, took the time to show me how my payments would be, and even informed to come back in 4 years to extend my warranty when it expires. No words to express my gratitude towards Mustapha for his diligence and loyalty, Mike for his compassion and understanding, and Joe for his informative tips to make sure that the safety of family was in good hands at your dealership. Where I come from, when family needs help, we say don’t worry… I got you. And everyone person there, told me my own motto without knowing.
