This had been an enjoyable experience. Russ is a Great salesman he didn’t pressure us to buy & worked hard to get us what we wanted. Everyone that we dealt with from finance, to the truck Russ is a Great salesman he didn’t pressure us to buy & worked hard to get us what we wanted. This is the second vehicle I purchased at Wayne Akers Ford. Larry was very good to lay out the deal, knowledgeable of the Explorer, and was not pushy even though it was the end of the month.
