Ppl and sales are great service is not - gougers. Had faulty AC cartridge - refused to honor warranty. Tried to bilk us for $1200. Took to another dealership - was a fraction to fix. So while sales Had faulty AC cartridge - refused to honor warranty. Tried to bilk us for $1200. Took to another dealership - was a fraction to fix. So while sales and support staff are great, and even service guys nice, the conditions and culture within the service side of the dealership are not long term thinking. More

These are not the typical salesman. They cared about us until we were completely satisfied. They have a great team of people who followed through on all promises. Dealer ship was clean, and the staff were attentive. Our salesman, Steven was awesome. This was one of the few purchases I have made, were there was very fair negotiations, I didn’t feel like I was bein Our salesman, Steven was awesome. This was one of the few purchases I have made, were there was very fair negotiations, I didn’t feel like I was being bent over a barrel or begging for scraps, considering the extreme nature of our crappy economy thanks to Uncle Joe. Steven was always a pleasure to talk to when I would call and check in on vehicle status or if I had any questions. The General Manager came out a few times, on some of my visits, to say hi. GM also remembered my name after initial meeting. More
