07/30 I visit this dealership and check out a truck. I request for a professional detail, and alignment done and I will take it. I told him 4pm on 07/30 that I will come today to pick up the vehicle. HE TOLD ME NO, that he's too busy today and to come tomorrow. 07/31 I texted him at 10:23AM to confirm I'm coming in at 2pm, gives me the OK and tells me that the detail is done, but I would need to schedule an appointment a different day to schedule the alignment. Now, 12:10pm, he tells me to send an application to "secure" the car because someone else is interested in it. I have text proof showing of everything with time stamps. I send the application in at 12:27pm and we discuss payment options - NOW 1:13pm I get a call from the terrible sales manager Michael Corey telling me the car is sold. 46 minutes after submitting an application AND confirming multiple times that I am going to purchase the vehicle. The experience with Michael Corey was terrible, it felt like I was doing business with a Buy Here Pay Here sales manager. Avoid at all costs. I will be sending a formal corporate complaint to FORD as well. More

Had such a good experience buying from Wayne Akers. I searched everywhere within 500 miles of me for a NEW 2024 Expedition (slim pickings halfway through 2025). JP was a breath of fresh air to work with- quick, responsive, honest, and straight to the point- no games from him or the dealership. JP handled everything over the phone for me. I never stepped foot on the lot. JJ in finance was also awesome, easy to work with, responsive, and answered all my questions. When you explain to your sales person, the other sales person, and the finance guy that they have your address wrong that you don’t live in Oakland Park that they need to go to Pompano Beach and that the person, and the finance guy that they have your address wrong that you don’t live in Oakland Park that they need to go to Pompano Beach and that the ZIP Code is really important for them to find your address where they will be going to the wrong address, You do not expect the guy who came to pick up your car to Yellit your wife and tell her that you gave them the wrong address.
