From the minute we scheduled an appointment, the entire staff was attentive and professional. We received a personalized video message from Jo welcoming us. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greet staff was attentive and professional. We received a personalized video message from Jo welcoming us. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted at the door and directed to our salesperson Mike. He directed us to where all the goodies and restrooms were. The car we were interested in was already parked up front for us to test drive. We did our research before coming so we knew what the price. This was the only car that ticked all our boxes. It was such a smooth transaction. No haggling, no going back and forth. Once approved for financing, we met with Henry. He was quick and efficient, yet thorough. While handling all the paperwork, the car was getting detailed and delivered clean and shiny. All in, we were finished in less than 90 minutes. It was such a pleasant experience. At first my experience was great. The buying process was quick and easy. 2 weeks later, my truck wouldn’t start (starter failure). Since I bought my vehicle with no warranty, I wasn’t The buying process was quick and easy. 2 weeks later, my truck wouldn’t start (starter failure). Since I bought my vehicle with no warranty, I wasn’t offered the help I felt a proper business entity would extend. I diagnosed and fixed the truck myself, in my driveway. I understand my liability of the truck with no warranty, I was just hoping that since the purchase was so recent that a little more help would be offered. Good thing i’m capable of fixing it myself, however someone’s grandparents might not be so handy and be totally out of luck in that situation. A heads up for anyone who buys a vehicle here with no warranty. Once you sign, the problem is yours. More
