I watched service writer in morning enter the 3 different issues in the iPad, but the tech said the ticket had only 1 problem entered and had to call me in the afternoon to get the rest. Also, I needed a rid issues in the iPad, but the tech said the ticket had only 1 problem entered and had to call me in the afternoon to get the rest. Also, I needed a ride back to dealership to pickup my car, but no one called me to schedule pickup. I called back and was forwarded to someone's voicemail (Carla?). Never received a call back. My husband had to leave work to take me to dealership. Waited almost 2 hours for a call back. More
