What should have been a fun and exciting time (buying a used vehicle for my daughter) ended up as a bad experience. When we declined, he stated to me and my daughter (quoting) “Congrats on your car with no protection”. Since he was flustered and visibly upset, he decided not to explain or walk through the remaining paperwork details and just said “sign here”. He was so distracted that he didn’t even remember to collect the down payment on the vehicle. More
