This dealership made what should have been a straightforward vehicle purchase unnecessarily frustrating. Although the price was good, the experience was marked by disorganization, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior. I drove 45 miles with an appointment and an agreed-upon price, only to find the dealership had pulled the wrong vehicle and could not locate the one I came to buy. I was forced to return another day. For this inconvenience, I was promised a gas card, which I never received. Upon review of the vehicle, a cosmetic repair was identified and initially completed. However, by the time I arrived home that evening, the splash guard was hanging from the bottom of the vehicle. I immediately contacted my sales representative and had to follow up multiple times before any action was taken. Eventually, the dealership arranged for the repair to be completed at a location closer to me, but I had to manage the process myself. While the repairs were completed at no charge, communication throughout was poor. The titling process was the worst part. The dealership provided incomplete paperwork, repeatedly failed to correct it, and caused multiple DMV rejections. The finance manager, Anton Smith, was rude, dismissive, and outright refused to overnight corrected documents, even though the errors were theirs, and in the process attempted to shift blame to me. The issue was only resolved when I spoke to the titling clerk directly who handled it properly. During this visit, the dealership did fill up my gas tank, which I appreciated. I still have not received the extra key that was promised by my salesperson. I would not return to or recommend this dealership. More

I went in office for an oil change by appointment. One hour into waiting, the representative returned indicating that my state inspection is also required and 2 tires needs replacement and a $1000 bil One hour into waiting, the representative returned indicating that my state inspection is also required and 2 tires needs replacement and a $1000 bill, I told him not to change my tires as I had recently changed them. My oil change slowly went up to three hours. I’m guessing because I didn’t take his recommendation I was being punished by wait time. As I began my march to his desk, he sped off, and brought my key to me. I later took my car elsewhere, who questioned why my vehicle was not passed. He found absolutely no reasons to not pass my vehicle, it must have been an instance of shake down. 3 HOURS AND MINS for an oil change? More
