As soon as he saw us in the parking lot, he recognized us right away (from 5yrs ago) and cordially greeted us; it’s almost like we are catching up with an old friend instead of purchasing a new vehicle. He is such a great guy and salesman; very kind, thoughtful and easy to work with. Between his knowledge of the vehicles and outgoing personality, we never felt pressured into buying. He knows a lot about the products and was very helpful; made the sale easy and fast for us but most importantly, gave me the assurance that I needed to proceed with ease after our particular circumstances. He also has been fantastic after making the sale. He takes the time to answer questions. I would recommend him to everyone and wouldn’t have a problem going to him for years to come. I have owned Honda's for 15 years. Recently, our CRV Dashboard flashed " Low Tire Pressure". I stopped at Hagerstown Honda on my way home on a Saturday afternoon. Jared Trumble found l Recently, our CRV Dashboard flashed " Low Tire Pressure". I stopped at Hagerstown Honda on my way home on a Saturday afternoon. Jared Trumble found low pressure on a rear tire and I said I would make a service appointment on Monday because they would probably shut down soon. Instead, he sent the car to the Tech Kevin Watkins who removed a nail and repaired the tire. What a relief for me. For our most recent Automobile Multi-Point Inspection, Bill Crouse, Service Advisor, explained each of the services other than an oil change, that would be done. They were Brake Fluid Exchange and Tire Rotation. He is pleasant and professional. I enjoy calling and seeing him. He makes a prompt appointment when I call. For over 15 years, I have always been received pleasantly by all the sales and service personnel that I have met at this Honda dealership. I will recommend Hagerstown Honda to anyone. More

I thought that was a genuine sign that this dealership is different. I was then happily greeted by John Williams who once again had wonderful suggestions for a new vehicle. He took in to account my list of needs, and rather than encouraging me to spend more money, led me to a beautiful new CR-V. I was in my new vehicle and on my way home after a short time.
