I have bought 3 cars here. I always feel like my salespeople are honest and genuinely want to understand and accommodate my needs. They do a great job and the wait is minimal compared to other dealerships. There are refreshments and a clean, enjoyable waiting area. You can even plug in your computer and use their wifi if you need to work while you wait. The rest rooms are always clean. More

This is for the Service Dept: I cannot express my thanks and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we sudd and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we suddenly got a check engine indicated, and we lost more than 50% of engine power. To make a long story short, we were able to get off the highway and get it towed to Hagerstown Honda. With Jarrod’s help, it was fixed promptly the next day ! We are now in Florida with a fine running Ridgeline ! Hagerstown Honda’s Service Dept. was an absolute blessing !!! We can’t say Thank You enough !!! More
