I was introduced to a vehicle, test drove it, taken to finance and signed ALL of the paperwork, then told they needed to run it through the shop one last time and it would be available the next day. Instead, there was something wrong, then the next day something wrong, then the next day unfit to sale, and they were unable to put me into any other vehicle in their enormous inventory. So, I went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Now with that being said I am grateful that they did in fact loan me a vehicle while they attempted to figure out their shadiness, but overall, would never recommend them to anyone. More

After a very bad experience with another dealer I'd stopped looking for a new Wrangler for a while. The day I decided to start looking again I found exactly what I was looking for at Patriot Tulsa. My Jeep search showed the unit in transit so I called and was transferred to Micah. He informed me the Wrangler had just arrived, was not spoken for and he sent me photos. I was in love immediately. I live 100 miles from the dealership and made initial contact on Thurs late afternoon. I'm no stranger to car buying and dealerships so I knew exactly what I would and wouldn't pay and by late afternoon on Saturday I was driving away in my new dream Jeep for a price I found very reasonable. Micah was unable to see me off due to prior commitments, but Carson, Bruce and the finance specialist assisted in completing my purchase and Ryan walked me through setting up the Carplay with my phone and sending me off with a huge smile.
