Was the worse experience I ever been thru i normally get my Hondas thru garden state Honda but they didn’t have the color I wanted so I went thru KBB and metro Honda contacted me and said they will match my my Hondas thru garden state Honda but they didn’t have the color I wanted so I went thru KBB and metro Honda contacted me and said they will match my deal in fact they said they will do better . I specifically told them not to waste my time they had all the information how my deal was structured and when I get there they had me sit at the salesman desk over a hour to then come with a horrible deal over 150 per month more then garden state Honda . Becareful going there definitely won’t ever give them a shot again . Bad business. More

Worst manager Fernando, big liar, stay away from this dealer. Waste of time, making appointment and discuss things in advance was useless. I have dealt with many dealers including metro honda in the dealer. Waste of time, making appointment and discuss things in advance was useless. I have dealt with many dealers including metro honda in the past but this my first time in 30 years writing a negative review. If i could give them zero stars I would. I have bought from them before many times and referred many friends and family but the way they treated me was unprofessional and disgusting. There was no need for this type of treatment , so I won’t be referring them or going back to them ever. I spoke to christina and valentina via phone and text and they confirmed they had the car that I wanted at their dealership and that I could get the car same day, they even texted me pictures of the car and confirmed car will be there when I arrive at the dealership and that she already discussed the numbers with her manager so everything will be ready when I arrive. When I arrived at the dealership there was no one to attend me and had me wait 20 minutes besides having an appointment and half of the sells people were just roaming around. While I was waiting I had to constantly ask people to get me to meet with val instead three different people came and asked me which car I wanted when they should know in advance as it was discussed with val. Val never showed some other guy name fernando shows up claiming that he is the manager then they set me up with lee but still they went back and forth about the car and in the end it turned out they didn’t have they car in stock, and then fernando started lying about how he could get me the car on Monday if we decide on the price and the price he wanted to offer me was msrp plus taxes and fees with no discount for a car they didn’t have and possibly won’t have. Fernando manager is the biggest liar , in my past 30 years I have bought 20 cars through different dealership but I never met a manager who is a liar like fernando. Fernando biggest liar on the planet stay away from him. He told me they have four stores and a big warehouse and the car was seating in one of the store or warehouse and he couldn’t get the car until we agree on a price, why he couldn’t say he doesn’t have the car. All the dealers offer msrp so why go to dealer like metro honda who lies, plays games, disrespect customers and waste their time. I will inform all my friends on whatsapp, instagram and facebook to not go to them because they waste time and disrespect the customer. More
