Bought a defective car that they can’t fix first. The steering rack goes out replaced twice then the steering wheel replaced then AC compressor goes out now the heat doesn’t work took it in for align The steering rack goes out replaced twice then the steering wheel replaced then AC compressor goes out now the heat doesn’t work took it in for alignment four times still not driving straight had to go to service department over 5 times and still not fixed the issues last i was told is to go somewhere another Honda service center because their technicians can’t fix the issue. Worst place to go to. More

Was the worse experience I ever been thru i normally get my Hondas thru garden state Honda but they didn’t have the color I wanted so I went thru KBB and metro Honda contacted me and said they will match my my Hondas thru garden state Honda but they didn’t have the color I wanted so I went thru KBB and metro Honda contacted me and said they will match my deal in fact they said they will do better . I specifically told them not to waste my time they had all the information how my deal was structured and when I get there they had me sit at the salesman desk over a hour to then come with a horrible deal over 150 per month more then garden state Honda . Becareful going there definitely won’t ever give them a shot again . Bad business. More
