I purchase an NX350 at Lexus of Orlando and my buying experience was outstanding. I was greeted by Marie who is a very knowledgeable product specialist. She exuded genuine joy in doing her job and her experience was outstanding. I was greeted by Marie who is a very knowledgeable product specialist. Despite the pouring rain, she transported us to several available cars and tried to keep us out of the rain as much as possible. She was a helpful before the sale as she was afterwards. She arranged for an exterior detail on our vehicle the following day because of a stain on the passenger door. This was handled by Robert in service and they did an outstanding job. Gisell was our sales manager who also had tremendious patience in getting us through the paper work process. And last, but not least there was Everett a finance manager who has a high impact presence and very business like but still personable. He was highly knowledgeable of the extended warranty products and was thorough in his explanations of all the paper work when had to do - which fortunately was all electronic. All in all, the staff my wife and I dealt with at Lexus of Orlando was as outstanding as the vehicles they sell. 5 stars - and 10 kudos!! More

Tried to buy a truck from Lexus of Orlando. Dealer said truck was eligible for financing through Toyota Financial and got me to apply through the dealers website. Finance manager took the toy Dealer said truck was eligible for financing through Toyota Financial and got me to apply through the dealers website. Finance manager took the toyota financial credit app threw it away and did a second credit app on his own and switched the papers over to dealer financing at the last minute. Only noticed at time of signing. When confronted, finance manager Everett Kimble said that the sales side didn’t know what they were doing and that Toyota financing never existed and must be dealer financed. Internet sales director BRANDON ERLICHMAN lied on several occasions on the phone and tried to pass off a Florida 553-FL-ARB-e as an application for Toyota Financial. First he said it was, then it wasn’t etc. liars Overall these guys will lie as needed to get you to sign and the sale is all they seem to care about. They just get all butt hurt and defensive when confronted with the facts. Since you will never be able to communicate with anyone other than the sales concierge you have a hard time getting a straight answer out of anyone and when you do it’s probably not factual. Overall experience was very poor and wouldn’t recommend. More

Tried purchasing a certified car from here. Made an offer directly to a sales manager for slightly under the asking price for a car that had been sitting for over a month. Sales manager was slo Made an offer directly to a sales manager for slightly under the asking price for a car that had been sitting for over a month. Sales manager was slow in helping me the entire time, however told me that “he would get the deal done for me”. Within a day of my offer, the same car was removed from inventory and sold. I did not receive any notice from the sales manager after trying to contact multiple times. I can only imagine that something sketchy went on behind the scenes, and the dealership must have told any other interested parties that the was an offer on the car. Poor business practice. Poor service. Do not recommend this dealership. More
