I don’t have an issue with the dealership I have a I don’t have an issue with the dealership I have a problem with Ford witch affects the dealership. I have a Ford festa with a transmission that fo I don’t have an issue with the dealership I have a problem with Ford witch affects the dealership. I have a Ford festa with a transmission that ford knows is bad and faulty. I am the second owner car has 52000 miles on it and.they want 2200 dollars from me to repair fords Faulty trans. Makes me not want to buy FORDS ever. And I think it is a direct reflection on the dealership when you tire there hands in regards to replacement of that faulty trans. Strange experience. Recall on door latch. Hawk Ford in oak lawn previously failed to fix this issue correctly. When I got my car home, the door latch fell off in my hand.
