As was stated at your last service visit we would recommend starting an oil consumption test with an oil change and to bring the vehicle back when the oil light comes on in order to document the mileage.

My last visit I paid for what I was told was the beginning of an oil consumption test and to bring the vehicle back when the light came on again. I contacted you November 30th advising the engine and oil light came on. Your scheduler stated I could not bring my car in until December 14th, 2 weeks after the light would've came on which would taint the results of the oil testing. Again, I’ve been going through this since 11 days after purchase and now will be contacting the Pennsylvania attorney generals office and better business bureau.
