My car is practically new. I took my car in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I live 40miles away. My car broke down on the side of the road. It was smoking terribly. I took my car in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I live 40miles away. My car broke down on the side of the road. It was smoking terribly. All the oil was pouring out on the ground. I Called Kia the tow took 3hrs. Kia said the technician did not put the oil plug back in properly? Kia said they fix the problem and clean all the left over oil residue. I had to bring the car back because oil was still leaking under the car. Kia said it was leftover residue? Kia almost blew up my motor. I don't know there still may be damage? Kia ruined my whole entire day( 8am-5pm), because of their drastic error. Please check under your car after an oil change with Kia. Unfortunately, Kia has lost me as an ongoing customer. More

The Communication Sucks, the service Manager Melanie/ Mallorie or whatever her name is was extremely rude! She answered the phone saying “YES?” like I was a bother to her for asking questions about my ca Mallorie or whatever her name is was extremely rude! She answered the phone saying “YES?” like I was a bother to her for asking questions about my car (why be rude when you’re working in CUSTOMER service?!). She pretty much told me “they were doing me a favor” for fixing my car (THERE WAS A KIA RECALL ON THE MOTOR). I was pretty much playing middle-man between them and the rental car company. Overall the only reason I’d go back would be to see Chris A. Other than that 0/10 super Ghetto, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Especially if you have to deal with anything other than sales. More

Phillip provided a great car buying experience. He was knowledgeable about the features of the car. He worked with my budget, kept my payment within reason of what I could manage. He helped make the proce knowledgeable about the features of the car. He worked with my budget, kept my payment within reason of what I could manage. He helped make the process as stress free as possible. My co-signer lived several hours away, the dealership sent the papers FedEx and allowed us to do their part with the use of a notary and FedEx it back. He gave me his cell number and continued to answer my calls for several days after I bought it to answer any questions I had as well as gave me a call a few days later to check on my enjoyment of the vehicle I had purchased. Current service experience was awesome. It's always good however Melanie and Drew teamed up and made FABULOUS! Initially, I thought I needed more than what I did then I asked the staff to have service chec however Melanie and Drew teamed up and made FABULOUS! Initially, I thought I needed more than what I did then I asked the staff to have service check it out and I would only purchase/install what was need. I was not sold something I didn't need. I was educated on my service purchase and was covered to travel on and was able to spend less than what I initally thought. I utitlized the shuttle and Kia made my life less stressful that day! More

I have a issue with my service provided because they got my mileage wrong on my sticker and didn’t reset my date on my odometer like they did before. Because I hear difference in my tires when I checked the tire pressure are different after I alert the dealership after service and was back on post, so I stopped and put air in my tires.
