This is THE dealership to buy from I just had the best car buying experience of my life at DCH Honda. My parents needed a new car as their previous vehicle was wearing down. I was also concerned about their safety as they are senior citizens. Ray and Megan of DCH were incredibly helpful and patient in showing us different models and explaining the features of each. It didn't take long for my parents to decide that the CRV was the best vehicle for them. We received A GREAT DEAL ON OUR TRADE IN too! DCH had plenty of CRVs on hand and my parents were able to get the exterior and interior color combination that they wanted. In terms of working through the deal/sale/terms/negotiations, we felt ZERO PRESSURE throughout the entire process. Ray and Megan were clear and communicative answering all of our questions. My dad is historically a "tough customer" and even he was amazed at how smooth the entire process was. While we completed the paperwork our new vehicle was perfectly prepared. Knowing my dad, I made sure the give it a thorough review before they presented it to him.
