a night mare from negotiating price to registration,title Buyer Beware.I made an appt. with Megan B. after we agreed on a price for 2020 CRV as posted on website. This dealership was not local, but Megan B. l Buyer Beware.I made an appt. with Megan B. after we agreed on a price for 2020 CRV as posted on website. This dealership was not local, but Megan B. lured me in based on the agreed price. When I arrived, Megan didn't meet me on the lot, but sent out Robert L. A similar car that was on the lot was waiting for me. I was only permitted to test drive on the lot due to pandemic. The car I was interested was at another location and needed to be cleaned. Robert L. quoted me a higher price. . Robt. L returns with Adrian A., general sales mgr. Adrian A quoted me a higher price. Adrian A. was abrupt, arrogant, rude and condescending. Adrian A. told me to leave if I didn't like the price. I should have left. However, I just moved back fro FL to NJ and I was unable to research other dealers due to the pandemic. I paid $600. more than was initially agreed upon with Megan. Also, doc fees were higher. Registration and title had my wrong name and FL address even though dealer's documents show NJ. Dealer blamed error with DMV. DMV supervisors pointed the responsibility on dealer. Now I have to pay and correct the dealer's mistake. Calls & emails go unanswered. Office doesn't cross reference name and address on documents. New car, fine scratches, no response. More
