What I appreciate most about DCH is that there were no surprises. I negotiated my deal on-line with Megan and when I got there, the deal I negotiated was the deal I was presented. Armando was very pleas surprises. I negotiated my deal on-line with Megan and when I got there, the deal I negotiated was the deal I was presented. Armando was very pleasant. He presented some other offers but was never pushy. Financing papers took longer to get together than I expected but even the finance guy didn't try to push anything other than what I agreed to on-line. This is the 2nd Honda I have purchased from DCH and probably won't be the last. They are light years better than Open Road (puke). More
