I take pride in answering all customer calls promptly and scheduling vehicle services at their earliest convenience to accommodate their busy lives. In my role, I work closely with our Service Writer, Zach, to assist in daily operations while continuously expanding my knowledge of the automotive service industry. My responsibilities include writing purchase orders (POs) and repair orders (ROs), maintaining a clean and inviting service area, and keeping customers updated on repair timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Additionally, I handle cashiering duties and am always ready to assist with anything that contributes to the efficiency and success of our department. I look forward to serving
