Staff was friendly and professional. Went in with a correctly self-diagnosed minor issue, and unfortunately it took two hours of my wife's time before the service advisor and tech/mechanic settled on w correctly self-diagnosed minor issue, and unfortunately it took two hours of my wife's time before the service advisor and tech/mechanic settled on what we were going to have repaired on the vehicle. That was after a "needed" diagnostic test, which turned up nothing other than the possible need for an alignment. However my wife was approached with a laundry list of potential maintenance, totaling nearly $1,200. There was also some confusion surrounding the recommended maintenance at 60k miles, and why it was offered, considering the vehicle is only at 55k currently. Ultimately, the washer fluid pump was replaced, although the invoice states the issue to be "pump leaking from seals". Did I really need a new pump?! Still waiting on a call back from the service manager nearly 24 hours later. More

I have been struggling to get my brake issue fixed from last 2 months. Have spoken to several people at this dealership however the problem continues to exist and never got fixed. The last I spoke to was J last 2 months. Have spoken to several people at this dealership however the problem continues to exist and never got fixed. The last I spoke to was Joe and he assured that he will make sure the issue is addressed and assigned Megan to handle the problem. After keeping my car for a week, when I went back to pickup my car, the problem I had, stayed as it is and infact the brake noise went worst. Since then I have been constantly following up with the dealership folks (Megan and Joe) to get their attention and fix the issue, once and for all. It is very frustrating and disappointing that it has taken ridiculously long (yet outstanding) to fix the brake issue in my car. On numerous occasions, I was promised a call back from Joe and yet, I am waiting for that call (its been 2 weeks). I have been trying to call Joe every alternate and left several voicemail and yet haven't received any call back till date. At last, drove to the dealership in a hope to get this fixed and yet came back empty handed since Joe was busy in a meeting. This has been a pretty disappointing experience and I will continue to follow-up with Joe or escalate this issue further, with a hope to get this problem fixed!!! More

Took my car in for an oil change and they checked the battery and charged me almost 200 dollars with out telling me how much it would be to see if it was bad or not. I called 3 times to ask about it and they kept telling me a supervisor would call me. Well guess what? Its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything yet.. kept emailing me for a review I was trying to be nice and ignore it. But here is your review your service was AWFUL that day and you guys have done nothing to help the situation. Charging 200 to check a battery is ridiculous when you go other places its FREE. and then to not even tell me how much up front is LOW. More

The staff was super friendly but they did not fix my sunroof. I waited for 3 hours and the replacement part did not work. I've been in multiple times to repair my sunroof and they never can fix it.
