Finance department added car alarm suppose to be free but charged me. I went in to complain about the charge. He blamed someone else about the whole alarm thing. I told him from the beginning all i want is charged me. I went in to complain about the charge. He blamed someone else about the whole alarm thing. I told him from the beginning all i want is the GAP Ins. Blaming someone else when he said it was going to be free he looked at documents and got up to get an approval and said I qualified and he got up and came back and went to go get an approval. After that he said alarm will be removed I'm a disappointed being that he said it was free. More
