After going through a few service representatives. I have found that Tanya Ruiz is the representative to go to. She knows what she is doing and gets things done. I don't have to worry if she is jus I have found that Tanya Ruiz is the representative to go to. She knows what she is doing and gets things done. I don't have to worry if she is just making things up. She knows what she is doing and I highly recommend her. The techs, on the other hand, I question. They seem not to know what they are doing and/or pick and choose which required inspections to perform but they still mark them off as they were checked. There is inconsistencies from one service to the other, which is now starting to worry me. More
