I actually live in Red Bay AL, but became familiar with this dealer through my work on the road. I had them service my 2010 Jetta Sportwagen TDI 7-8 years ago. I would always try to time my trips there to get my service from them. I currently have a 2014 Jetta (same model) and needed the timing belt/water pump done. I checked with 7 dealers and Steve (from St. Augustine) was the only one who seemed to know what Volks recommended for this repair. (Not the milage, but the length of time that they recommend to get this expensive repair done if it is before the 120.000 miles) They were able to get me in when I needed to be there and provided me with a loaner car for the day to explore the area with my grand daughter (I recommend the area also). GREAT job. Oh, and they got it done AHEAD of schedule. More
