Where do I start.. my daughter bought a car from here on June 19th 2020. When they delivered the car, the tire pressure light was on. It was not on when she test drove it. I’m sure it was something simp June 19th 2020. When they delivered the car, the tire pressure light was on. It was not on when she test drove it. I’m sure it was something simple but still.. The interior of the car definitely was not detailed. There were crumbs, junk and even a whole cookie in between the seats. The car smelled like smoke and come to find out, they didn’t even change the cabin air filter! There’s all kinds of nasty stuff near the interior light. The hood does not line up. They must have taken it off but did not properly install it back. Engine was making a knocking noise- the car was a quart low of oil and supposedly they just did an oil change. THIS IS A PREOWNED CERTIFIED VEHICLE!! She still does not have her permanent tag. She’s on her 3rd ( now expired temporary tag). She is now 5 hours away from this dealership and 2 and 1/2 hours away from the tag office since she is back in school. She calls about her tag and title and they give her the run around and play the blame game. Call and left a message on the managers voicemail but has yet to call back. I feel like we would had better service at a hole in the wall dealership than this place. This my first review ever on anything. But I will be sure to post this wherever I can so consumers have a heads up. More

The service department is excellent. My only concern was the lack of health and safety precautions not taken by the employees. No employees wearing mask. Extremely deceptive tactics. After 5 years of service from this location, they screwed over my fiance. Typical stealership , they will take advantage of you and say maintenance is needed when It is not! They even charged for services that ended up failing less than 24 hrs after completion. Then play dumb when called out about it. Don't be fooled by their other ratings. Make sure you check all your service receipts before you allow them to make repairs. Volkswagen of St. Augustine will RIP you off ! More
